the inbox you can't face. the deadline that only feels real the day before. the brilliant start, the missing finish.

ADHD coaching. Systems that stick, because the patterns underneath change too.

You've tried the planners, the apps and the productivity hacks. Some worked for a fortnight. The problem isn't that you lack a system. It's that the moment of starting, switching or finishing is hijacked by something faster than the system: avoidance, overwhelm, the sting of getting it wrong. I work with professionals and leaders with ADHD traits on both levels: practical structure that fits how your brain works, and the patterns underneath that keep breaking it. Diagnosed or not.

Sound familiar?

If this is you, you're in the right place.

  • "I can do three days' work in an afternoon, then nothing for a week."

  • "I only start when the deadline is about to land on me."

  • "Every system I set up lasts about two weeks."

  • "I'm good at my job. I'm exhausted from hiding how hard it is."

What's actually going on

You don't need more discipline. You need fewer things fighting you.

Most ADHD coaching focuses on systems: planning, prioritising, routines. That matters, and we do it. But for a lot of high-performing people the system isn't what fails. What fails is the moment before it: the freeze when a task feels too big, the avoidance of something that once went badly, the fear of criticism that makes starting feel dangerous.

Those reactions are learned and automatic, built over years of being told you're lazy or too much. Until they change, every new system is fighting them. Change them, and structure finally has somewhere to land.

How I work on it

Structure on top. Pattern change underneath.

We build a working week that fits your brain: how you plan, start, switch and stop. Alongside that, I use clinical hypnotherapy to change the automatic reactions that derail you, and where old experiences of failure or criticism are driving it, EMDR to clear them.

The first session is two hours. We map how your ADHD traits show up at work, what's costing you most and what we change first. Then one-hour sessions, near Maidstone or online. It works alongside medication or without it.

A working week, rebuilt

The four moments we work on

Starting

The freeze in front of the task that matters most. We change what fires when you sit down to it, so starting stops needing a crisis.

Switching

Hyperfocus that swallows the afternoon, or constant interruption that kills it. We build ways in and out of focus that you control.

Finishing

The brilliant start and the missing last ten percent. We work on what happens when something stops being new.

Stopping

The mind that keeps running at night. Switching off is a skill, and for most people with ADHD traits, nobody ever taught it.

What people ask first.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. I work with people who've been diagnosed, people on waiting lists and people who simply recognise the traits. The patterns are the same either way.

How is this different from other ADHD coaching?

Most ADHD coaching builds systems and accountability. I do that too, and I also work on the automatic reactions that keep breaking those systems, using clinical hypnotherapy and EMDR.

Can my employer pay for this?

Yes. I can invoice your company directly. What we discuss stays between us, and nothing is shared with your employer unless you choose to share it.

I'm on ADHD medication. Is this still for me?

Yes. Medication can help with focus. It doesn't change the habits and reactions built over years, which is what this work does.
