You don't need another framework. You know what good leadership looks like and most days you deliver it. What gets in the way is closer to home: how you react under pressure, the decisions you put off, the control you can't let go of, the cost of always being the one who holds it together. That's where I work. Private 1:1 executive coaching, with clinical hypnotherapy and behavioural analysis where the pattern needs more than a conversation.

"I know exactly what I should do. I keep not doing it."
"Under pressure I become someone I don't like."
"Everything still comes back to me."
"I've had coaching before. It helped for a month."
Standard executive coaching sets goals, builds a plan and holds you to it. That works until the thing in the way is you: a reaction that fires before you can think, a need for control that made sense years ago, a fear of being found out that drives you to over-prepare and under-delegate.
Those patterns don't respond to accountability calls, because they don't live in the part of you that makes plans. They were laid down earlier and they run automatically. The skills that got you here, drive, control, staying composed, are often the same ones keeping the pattern in place.
Some of the work is practical: how you decide, delegate, handle conflict and run your week. Where something underneath keeps pulling you back, I use behavioural analysis to find it and clinical hypnotherapy to change it at the level it runs. I choose the approach to fit the problem, not the other way round.
The first session is two hours. We map what's actually driving the issue and agree what we're changing first. After that, sessions are an hour, in person near Maidstone or online.
The flash of irritation in a board meeting, the defensiveness when challenged, the shutdown when it gets personal. You can't plan your way out of a reaction that happens faster than thought.
You know you should delegate. You hand it over, then take it back. That's not a time management problem. It's a pattern about trust and safety, and it needs working on directly.
The results are there. The feeling isn't. No amount of goal-setting fixes the sense that it's never enough, because the goal was never the problem.
Most executive coaching works on strategy and habits. This works on the patterns underneath them. I use coaching where it's enough, and behavioural analysis and clinical hypnotherapy where it isn't.
Yes. I can invoice your company directly. What we discuss stays between us unless you choose to share it, even when the business pays.
Founders, directors and senior leaders, some paying for themselves and some sent by their company. What they share is a problem that capability and effort haven't shifted.
In person at my practice near Harrietsham, just outside Maidstone, Kent, or online by video anywhere in the UK and beyond.
